Booking Information

We welcome the opportunity to show you the venue. Viewings are strictly by appointment - please contact the Guildhall team to arrange on 01243 775888 (option 2) or by email theguildhall@chichester.gov.uk. A provisional date can be held for you until you've had the chance to view, and for an additional 14 days following your viewing. To secure your date we require a deposit of £500+VAT (£600 total), with the balance due 8 weeks before your wedding date.

We offer a range of different options to tailor a package to suit your requirements and we're happy to discuss any options in further detail to allow for flexibility. 

Included in the hire fee is:

Access on the day to set up prior to the ceremony

Chivari seating for up to 110

Clothed registrar's table and catering tables 

Optional two plinths for flowers

Use of PA system and speakers 

Roped area of the park for exclusivity 

A dedicated wedding co-ordinator on hand throughout the organisation of your wedding, including the day itself 

Additional extras: 

You may wish to stay in The Guildhall for a small drinks reception before moving on to your reception venue. We're happy to accommodate this at an additional hire charge of £250 + VAT per hour. (Please note, drinks are not included. You may provide these yourself. We do not charge corkage)
